We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was a stay before we went to the West Midlands Safari Park the day after. The room was modern, clean, large and spacious. Had iron, hair dryer, kettle etc. Bar area was great. Not too busy just ideal meant that our little one could sleep on the couch as we enjoyed our evening.

Breakfast- a great selection of foods for both people who ate meats and are veggie. Also had a good choice of cereals which meant our little one had a decent amount of food to start her day.

We were able to buy our discounted tickets for the safari park from here which was a great bonus. Would definetly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff and great service. Would cetainly stay here again.

A very pleasant hotel and the staff just couldn't do enough for me during my stay - they were friendly and offered a personal touch something one does not usually expect during such a short stay.
The bar and restaurant both had good atmospheres but were not too busy - the service was great and the waitress and bar staff were always enthusiastic and happy to help. Breakfast the next morning was great, a sufficient selection and a practical choice of options - great start for a busy day ahead.
The bedroom has been recently refurbed and was very relaxing and offered every comfort. I would happily recommend the Gainsborough House to other friends and colleagues.

We recently had Sunday Lunch for my 60th Birthday inviting around 30 people. The food was greatly enjoyed by all who came and the staff looked after us really well. They positioned the tables to our request and we had a memorable lunch.

This is our second stay at this superb hotel. The Service is excellent and rooms very clean and spacious. Can recommend the evening meals and breakfast. Location is good for Worcester and surrounding areas with easy access to motorways. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are very helpful. Good car parking.

Friendly staff, well run, rooms good with good bedding; quilt, etc. Above quality expectation for the star rating of the hotel. You'd struggle to better breakfast for the price. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice.

Stayed for one night whilst attending a private function at the hotel. Room was very nice, comfortable and very clean, with air con which was excellent. All the usual requirements you would expect from a Hotel. The breakfast was a buffet style with as much or as little as you want and was of excellent quality. The price was reduced as we were part of a block booking but I would have gladly paid the full price. I would recommend this hotel

Stayed for one night and could not fault it at all. From reception to restaurant staff we found them most pleasant and helpful. Selection on dinner menu was very good as was the breakfast choice. Rooms were quiet and good airconditioning which was very welcome on a very hot afteroon. There is no lift but a stair chair is in place. Definitely recommend this hotel.
